Terms of Service history
Every version of our Terms of Service we have published, newest first. Previous versions are kept here unchanged, for reference. Which version applies to you is set out in the current Terms of Service and your Order.
| Published | Version | What changed |
|---|---|---|
| 13 October 2026 | Current version | EventCatalog Standard Terms version 1.0, with an "At a glance" summary. The Licence is the text on our licence page, and "Eligible User" is now "qualify for Free Use". Generators, integrations and plugins are published under the MIT Licence. Adds the Business Order Form and Bands, card or invoice payment for Business, rewritten rules for counting Teams, read-only catalog access for partners, suppliers and clients that does not count towards your Teams, and a new order of precedence. The DPA forms part of every paid contract. The warranty now runs for the whole Subscription Term. Adds a refund if you end the subscription because of our uncured breach, optional LCIA arbitration for Enterprise Agreements, and naming you as a customer only with your written consent. |
