# Embed into EventCatalog

You can embed any Studio diagram directly into your [EventCatalog documentation](https://www.eventcatalog.dev/).

To embed your diagrams you need to:

1. Save your diagram as a `.ecstudio` file
2. Put your `.ecstudio` file in the location of your markdown file in EventCatalog.
3. Use the [`<Design />`](/docs/development/components/components/design.md) component in your markdown file to embed your diagram into your documentation

Embed diagrams anywhere

Our vision to to allow users to be embed diagrams anywhere, letting them embed diagrams into their tools they already use.

This is currently on our roadmap, and we will be adding more support for this in the future.
